Indian Head Massage
This massage is based on the ancient healing system called Ayurveda. It is an invigorating, revitalising and uplifting treatment, working on the upper back, shoulders, scalp and face. These areas are massaged with a firm and gentle rhythmic fashion involving Marma points (acupressure points). Traditionally Ayurvedic oils are massaged into the scalp for their many therapeutic properties, however the use of oils is optional. This form of massage can be used to relieve eyestrain, insomnia, migraines, stiff neck & shoulders and headaches. It also relaxes and tones the facial muscles and stimulates and nourishes the hair and scalp.

Ear Candle Treatment
Using candles made from natural ingredients: beeswax, honey extracts, sage, St John’s-wort, chamomile, beta-carotene and organically grown flax. The candles work on a chimney principle, drawing any impurities to the surface where they can be gently removed. They equalise the pressure in the head and ears. Secretion flow is gently stimulated, and the vapour collects and removes impurities or deposits.
